We built this studio on a simple belief — that an hour of movement should feel like a privilege, not an obligation. Every class is small, every pup is ours, and nobody is here to perform.

We teach yoga, and we raise poodles. Most importantly, we protect the hour — no phones, no mirrors, no rows of thirty. Just a warm room, a teacher who knows your name, and eight small dogs who have never once respected the edge of a mat.
The studio
Every pup in this room lives here, trains here, and answers to absolutely no one.
Eight red toy poodles, raised in the studio and socialised from eight weeks. Low-shedding coats, unhurried temperaments, and a genuine talent for finding the one person in the room who needed them most.

Meet the pack
Arrive, roll out your mat, and say hello to whoever is on rota that morning. They are vaccinated, temperament-tested, and have no concept of personal space.

Flow together
Your teacher leads the practice while the pups do entirely as they please. Leave lighter than you arrived, and covered in a small amount of apricot fur.

Book your first hour.
Every session runs a full hour, and the same pattern repeats seven days a week. Doors open ten minutes before and the room stays open ten minutes after, so you meet the pack at both ends rather than only in the middle.

- A mat of your own Yours from the day you join, kept on the rack with your name on it so there is nothing to carry across town.
- The smoothie bar Included with every membership. Order on your way in and it is waiting by the time you have rolled your mat back up.
- The studio bottle An insulated bottle with the mark on it, refilled at the bar whenever you are in the building.
- Member pop-ups Evenings that never reach the public timetable: seasonal socials, guest teachers, and the occasional hour with the whole pack.
- First look at the week Members see the timetable before it opens to everyone else, which matters rather a lot in a room that holds fourteen.
- A rate on the whole room A reduced price on private hire, for the birthdays and team days you would rather not share with strangers.
Private hire
The whole studio, yours.
Close the doors and bring your own people. One room, fourteen mats, the full pack, and nothing else on the schedule for the hour.
- Exclusive use The room comes off the timetable for your hour. No class before yours, none after it, and nobody in the room you did not invite.
- Up to fourteen mats Priced per room rather than per head, so the size of your group is yours to decide rather than ours to charge for.
- A teacher of your own One of ours leads the session and sets the pace around whoever is actually on the mats that morning.
- The full resident pack All eight poodles, settled into the room before you arrive and with you for the whole session.
A full hour, priced per room and arranged directly. Tell us the date and roughly how many are coming, and we’ll come back with what is possible.
Pup-up events
Sometimes we make an occasion of it.
A few times a season the timetable steps aside: seasonal socials, guest teachers, and the occasional pop-up away from the studio. Kept as small as the classes, and gone as quickly.
